my history shows pages visited at uk.f284.mail.yahoo.com. I would like to get the email address and the password of this yahoo mail. what do i need to do inorder to retrieve it? would it be possible to get it and open the email? please let me know ASAP.thanks!

no, that's not possible. Unless you have the password and the login name, you aren't able to get into it, and if you don't have the password for that mail account, you shouldn't be looking at it.
